My Focus

My practice focuses on the needs of ordinary people trying to make sense of the confusing laws and regulations concerning end of life and post-mortem planning and administration.  As a compliment to this focus, I am able to assist my clients in matters pertaining to thier real estate holdings (current or prospective) and business affairs, which I find frequently are closely related to their concerns regarding end of life or post-mortem planning. 

Free Initial Consultatoin

I never charge my clients for simply coming to me to explain thier situation.  Many of my services are offered on a flat-fee basis, which I will always make clear before engaging a client.  On those occasions where I charge an hourly rate, I keep my rate reasonable and affordable to my clients, and try to collect the minimum retainer I feel will be adequate.
